Contact forms –
If you send me a contact form, I am likely the only one who receives it. Your contact information is not shared with anyone but myself; although, it is possible contact information may be shared with my brokerage firm in the course of business. Also, where I work with other team members to assist in communication or providing a service you request, it may be shared with those other members. Who I share your data with –
I don’t share data obtained from this website outside of myself, my team, and my employing broker, Real Broker, LLC; unless you explicit in writing give your approval. However, I do use analytics from Google, Bing, Facebook ,etc., which monitors how users behave on my website. This information may contain how many pages users look at and the frequency they look at them. It shows how long they are on my site when they visit, what kind of browser they use, what kind of device they use (tablet, PC, smart-phone), what country, state and locality I’m receiving traffic from. There is additional data in their reports; such as, the portion of my traffic received from another site (referral) as compared to directly entering my website through a direct link, among others. Other kinds of data may be viewed from Google analytics but it doesn’t identify an individual person. This information is used to understand what people most interested in seeing and helps me to make ongoing improvements to the content.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Technology has dramatically increased the amount of consumer data collected and used by businesses. Several recent high profile data breaches, coupled with a high rate of identity theft crime has made data security and consumer privacy a hot issue for policymakers in Washington.
REALTORS® strongly support efforts to protect consumers’ sensitive personal information. The REALTOR® code of Ethics and Standards of Practice explicitly acknowledge a REALTOR’s® obligation to preserve the confidentiality of personal information provided by clients in the course of any agency or non-agency relationship—both during and after the termination of these business relationships. REALTORS® support for data protection measures is also bolstered by their day-to-day business activities where they see first hand the damage that identity theft can do to a family’s ability to rent an apartment or buy a home. This resource will provide REALTORS® with current information on policy efforts underway in Washington to regulate data security and consumer privacy.
